Returns & Exchanges
At XOTIC PC, we strive for complete customer satisfaction by offering a 30-day return window for most custom-built systems and hardware components. If your system does not meet your performance expectations, our team is committed to facilitating a smooth exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA
Contact our support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Prepare the System
Back up all personal data and pack the product in its original double-box packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition; approved returns will be processed for a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
